AAC Blog

Gloucestershire engineering firm thrilled with AAC's service.

At a time of rapid growth, it's often tricky to manage quality of service ensuring all clients’ needs are satisfied, fortunately for us we’re pretty knowledgeable when it comes to Quality Management Systems, it’s what we do!

We’ve welcomed countless new clients to AAC in the past 12months considering each organisation’s individual needs along the way and we believe it’s paid off. One recent registration with AAC was Nortim Precision Engineering based in Gloucestershire.

Trading since 1971, Nortim Precision Engineering have long been established as a trusted name in Precision Engineering with an impressive portfolio of clients attesting to this. As is so often the case, the team at Nortim Precision Engineering noticed a trend in existing and prospective clients stipulating Accredited ISO 9001 Certification as prerequisite to obtaining valuable future contracts; need I say anymore?

Nortim Precision Engineering signed with AAC in February this year achieving certification within two months! Jess Scarborough of Nortim Tools said “The visit was made very easy and simple, we were able to continue the flow of the business with no interruptions or delays”, Tony Powell added “our clients are very happy with our new certification”, “We’ve already recommended AAC to other local businesses”.

If you’re looking to improve your quality of service and get ISO 9001 certified talk to one of our team today and see what we can do for your business.
